Astrid Carolina T. Baldivia, LPT is a TESDA-Certified ESL Trainer at Michigan English Assessment Inc. with extensive experience in English language instruction, academic leadership, and competency-based training. A licensed professional teacher and Magna Cum Laude graduate in Secondary Education major in English, she is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in English Language at Tarlac State University. ​ Throughout her career, she has served as a TESDA Program Head, Department Head, Academic Team Leader, and English teacher, specializing in IELTS, TOEFL, grammar, and writing instruction. She holds TESOL/TEFL certification and a TESDA National Certificate in Training Methodology, demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence. Passionate about language education, she is dedicated to helping learners develop strong communication skills and achieve their academic and professional goals.
